Company "Red Sea Pearl touristic investments and real estate" (Egyptian Joint Stock Company) was established in accordance with the provisions of investment law number 8, the trade register number 30010, office of investment.

Council board consists of three members. As chairman of the Council Board, Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim El Desouky alone has all the credentials. Many consultants support the company as experienced members of the council board.

The company conducts various activities, including:

* 1. investment in real estate in new towns and cities and in remote regions. 

* 2. Housing, facilities which are leased free to stay.

* 3. Construction of the family, administrative and commercial housing.

* 4. Investment in tourism, including real estate hotels, motels, apartments, hotel suites, tourist villages, subsidiary or related activities: service, entertainment, sports, shopping, culture, construction and expansion of facilities connected with them.

* 5. Development of desert lands, processing raised desert lands, plantations raised land.

* 6. Export of agricultural products company exclusively.

* 7. Construction and operation of yachts safari.

Company has strong financial position, and takes 115 place among the companies of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The Company's capital is 50 million Egyptian pounds, in addition to real estate assets equivalent to 25 million Egyptian pounds.

General policy of the company aims to avoid borrowing, external funding or participation. The company still retains a strong financial position with the support of the founders and board members of the Board.

Company owns several small projects and factories at the stage of establishment. The largest of them - a project to build a tourist hotel, plant water, inexpensive tourist complexes

The company owns the land on which building a hotel's, service, commercial, residential and administrative project area of approximately 250 thousand square meters on three adjacent sites on the basis of contracts, designed by August 17, 2008.

Company reserves the right to trademark and brand. It has the exclusive right to authorize third parties.
